The 5445 Edgewater Plaza Board of Directors is pleased to announce the launch of our new website, 5445Edgewater.com. The goal of our website is to be all-inclusive, providing our owners and residents with the most complete and up to date information about our community.
The website is dynamic, providing alerts, notices, and news articles that will be updated as information changes. It will also house general information about 5445 and online access to its Rules and Regulations, Forms and other Documents that are currently only available through the Management Office.
Our website will grow over time to include new content and items that you, our owners and residents, feel would be useful. Please feel free to provide us with your feedback on a regular basis to help us to improve the usefulness of the 5445 website.
5445Edgewater.com will provide both a public area that is accessible to everyone on the internet and a private and secure area for 5445 Owners and Residents only. To gain access to the private and secure areas, you will need to complete a site Sign-In Form. Upon submission of the online form, we will complete your sign in request and notify you by email when you may access the private and secure areas.
