Monthly assessments are due and payable on the 1st day of each month regardless of whether or not you have received the coupon book or monthly statement. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $35 will be automatically imposed.

If you use an online bill payment service, it is essential you include the account number referenced on your coupon or statement in the memo section of your bank online payment to receive credit for the payment in a timely fashion. Delays in posting will occur if this information is not contained on your bill payment check. The payment address for online banking is the same as the above bank lockbox remittance address.
The managment office does not accept assessment payments.
