All deliveries or removals into or out of the building must be scheduled with the Management Office in advance and will be subject to the availability of the service elevators.  
 
All deliveries or removals into or out of the builidng must take place Monday through Friday (no holidays) between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.  
 
Any delivery or removal that requires use of the service elevator for longer than 15 minutes is considered a move, and the procedues and fees for moves will apply.   Security is a priority in this building.
 
If any unit owner or renter proceeds with an unscheduled delivery, a fine will be imposed.
